Happy Women’s Day

After a long break, I am back to my website, NutriNirvana. Today, I am feeling very, very good because from today onwards, I will start sharing whatever I study, understand, and explore about nutrition and mental nutrition, mental health, healthy diets, etc. with my readers again. So, after a long break, I am back to my own website.

I believe that in life, not every day is perfect. Sometimes there is happiness, sadness, carelessness, and sometimes carefree moments. But even more than that, there are responsibilities. When these responsibilities are shared with the family, life can move forward smoothly without any hindrance.

Just like tasting the sweet and sour flavours of life, perhaps everyone wants to balance their life, and maybe I am one of them too. A healthy diet and healthy lifestyle feel great, and during this break, I have created many new healthy recipes that I will soon share with you.

Balancing work with taking care of the household, raising children, helping them with their studies, spending quality time with them, and having meaningful conversations—these are not just parts of life but life itself.

When couples work together to manage these responsibilities, everything becomes easier. Truly, managing a household is no less challenging than running a company, where every day brings new challenges that couples face and conquer together. This is where a healthy start begins, as it is rightly said that a healthy mind leads to a healthy body.

Dear Readers,

Thank you for reading. Always stay cheerful, happy, and healthy because that’s the foundation of life. And salute to all the women who have made life beautiful, standing strong in every situation of life. Happy Women’s Day.

Thank you

~Preeti😊
