What historical event fascinates you the most? Chhath puja is a festival where the setting sun is worshipped first, followed by the rising sun. This puja is one of true devotion and faith, and it also provides positive energy, symbolizing that a new down of hope  follows the darkness 😊

Which topics would you like to be more informed about? I feel that the knowledge I have about nutrition is not enough. I really enjoy reading and writing about nutrition. When I read or write about nutrition, it feels like meditation to me.😊

What are your favorite types of foods? I really like simple homemade daal,rice, mashed potatoes and pickle. I follow my diet and busy routine throughout the week, but on Sunday, I always prefer to eat this. This is my favorite food 😋😊

What are you doing this evening? This evening I taught my son and helped my daughter prepare for her exam,and performed a prayer.😊
